Field help: (2019) Will proof be enclosed (e.g. when applying for the first time)?

Select "Yes" if you are providing information about a disability for the first time for the assessment year 2019 and have not yet submitted any proof of this to your tax office.

To provide proof of this disability, please submit the following documents to the tax office, if they have not already been submitted in previous years:

• Severely disabled pass or
• Statement from pension office or
• Statement from the nursing care insurance fund about care level 4 or 5
