Expenses for work done by tradesmen (invoice amount)
Enter the costs for craftsmen's services that were charged to you via the property management in your service charge or building maintenance fee statement.
Important: Enter the total amount for craftsmen's services in this field. However, for the tax reduction according to § 35a EStG, only the labour, machine and travel costs included are considered.
You can find the required amounts in your service charge statement, building maintenance fee statement or in a certificate according to § 35a EStG.
If the certificate according to § 35a EStG already contains only the labour, machine and travel costs, you can enter the same amount in both the "Invoice amount" field and the "eligible labour, machine and travel costs" field.
