Do you want a different distribution of the maximum amount?
Select "no" if the maximum amount is to be equally divided among all single persons in the household.
Select "yes" if you want a different distribution of the maximum amount and the other person agrees.
Example: If two single persons live together in a household for the whole year, the respective maximum amounts (e.g. for household services, care or tradesmen's services) can only be claimed once in total. The distribution is generally 50:50 in this case.
If both persons are joint employers (e.g. for a domestic help) or joint clients for household services, care and support services or tradesmen's services, each person can generally claim their actual expenses only up to half of the maximum deduction amount.
A different distribution is possible if both persons agree and this is communicated to the tax office in writing.
