Field help: Will proof be enclosed (e.g. when applying for the first time)?

Select "yes" if you are applying for the bereavement allowance for 2025 for the first time and the relevant evidence has not yet been submitted to the tax office.

As proof, a pension notice or a certificate from the pension provider is usually sufficient.

Select "no" if you have already received the allowance in previous years and the evidence has already been submitted to the tax office.
