Field help: Name of health insurance

Enter the name of the health or nursing care insurance with which your child is insured.

This information is only required if your child has their own health or nursing care insurance and you have actually paid the contributions yourself.

Examples:

• Techniker Krankenkasse

• Allianz Private Krankenversicherung

Do not enter insurances where the child is only covered by free family insurance.
