Field help: Who is the policyholder?

Select the person for whom the health or nursing care insurance is taken out.

The options are:

Person A – if the insurance is in the name of the taxpayer,
Person B – if the insurance is in the name of the spouse,
Child – if the child is the policyholder.

Example: Your child who is studying has taken out their own student health insurance. In this case, select “Child” – even if you pay the contributions.
