Field help: Recipient, date of birth

Enter the full name and date of birth of the person to whom you are paying pension benefits under an obligation arising from a contract concluded before 1 January 2008.

If you are claiming pension commitments for the first time, enclose the contract or the pension agreement with your declaration.
