Have you waived the special expenses deduction towards the provider?
Have you waived the special expenses deduction towards the provider?
As a person entitled to allowances, you have the option of declaring to the provider of your pension plan that you do not want your contributions to be taken into account for tax purposes and that you waive the special expenses deduction.
If you have issued this waiver to the provider of the pension plan contract, select "yes" here.
Note: Waiving the special expenses deduction only makes sense if you deliberately do not want to claim a special expenses deduction for the contracts mentioned here. The advantage of waiving any state support is that the later pension from this contract does not have to be taxed in full, but only partially (with the share of income). If you decide to waive, you should carefully examine the tax implications and the individual situation.
