You have the following options:

• Individual traders (other than home-based traders working for one company)
• Home-based traders or homeworkers
• Other natural person
• Person with investment interests in business partnerships
• Business governed by (German) civil law
• Other partnership (e. g. joint ownership of land or similar)
• Other foreign legal forms

Note: This is a list provided by the tax authorities. The selection "individual company" (Einzelunternehmen) is not available here. Please choose a different legal form here. The type of work you do is decisive for your selection.
