Field help: (2022) Legal ground, contract date

Indicate the reason for the payments made (legal grounds, date of contract).

Long-term financial burdens (dauernde Lasten) are regular monthly payments that can be adjusted in amount at any time if the economic circumstances of the contracting parties change. The amount of the payment may, for example, be based on the profit of the transferred business.

If you are claiming long-term financial burdens for the first time, please enclose the contract or the pension agreement with your declaration.
