Field help: (2022) Employment tax statement (Lohnsteuerbescheinigung)

This will take you to the data entry area for your employment tax statement (Lohnsteuerbescheinigung).

You will receive an employment tax statement from your employer at the end of the year. The employment tax statement is usually provided by the employer together with the first payroll in January or February.

If you have not received the employment tax statement, request the payroll from your employer. You do not have to enclose this statement with your tax return because the data has already been transferred electronically to the tax authorities, as also noted in the upper part of your employment tax statement.
