Select "yes" if there is a classification for severe care needs (care level 4 or 5).

If the care insurance fund determines care level 4 or 5, this is equivalent to the "H" (helplessness) mark on the disability card.

This entitles you to the increased disability allowance of 7.400 Euro (letter from the Federal Ministry of Finance dated 19.08.2016).
