Here you can enter the current administrative costs incurred for the property maintenance.

Administrative costs may not be passed on to the tenants but can be recognised as income-related expenses.

Typical administrative costs include:

• Administrative fees
• Labour costs
• Costs for self-administration
• Telephone, postage, travel expenses
• Costs for finding a suitable tenant
• Compensation payments to tenants for vacating the apartment
• Account charges (rental account)
• Costs for legal disputes arising from the tenancy agreement
