Specify the insurance contributions paid to your health insurance in the year 2018 (e.g. applicable to pensioners and voluntarily insured self-paying persons).

Do not enter any of the payment amounts which are specified in line 25 - "employee contributions to statutory health insurance" - of your employment tax statement.
