Field help: (2018) Contributions to health insurance (basic coverage)

Enter your child's health insurance contributions here.

These contributions will be taken into account as special expenses for you.

Important: If you take the contributions into account on your tax return, your child will not be able to declare them on his or her tax return. If possible, you should be able to prove that you actually paid the contributions. So keep a receipt of payment or a receipt of reimbursement to your child for the cost of insurance.
