If you belong to the group of civil servants on leave, enter here the income received during the period of leave (e.g. remuneration from employment exempt from pension insurance). Income of comparable groups of persons that would be subject to contributions if the exemption from insurance in the German statutory pension insurance did not exist must also be entered here (e.g. in the case of clergy, church officials, teachers / educators at non-public schools).
