Field help: (2020) Name of the community

Enter the name of the building owner/purchaser communities (in short form, if applicable) as well as the tax office and the tax number of the community from which you and/or your partner as co-owners have earned income from renting and leasing.

Building owner/purchaser communities receive a notice of assessment from the relevant tax office. This notice lists all co-owners with their respective shares in the income from renting and leasing a plot of land or property.
