Field help: (2019) Other exceptional costs

Tick this box if you would like to claim other exceptional costs. These include, for example:

• Expenses for home dialysis equipment
• House emergency call system incl. repairs / running costs
• Computer for the blind
• Blind person's stick / mobility training
• Guide dogs as well as food and training costs
• Private trips due to disability (marked "aG", "H", "Bl" in disability certificate)
• Conversion costs for a car suitable for the disabled ("aG" in disability certificate)
