You can specify the percentage of the maximum amount you wish to claim for school fees (5.000 Euro per child).

If you are entitled to only half the child and education allowance for your child, you are entitled to only half the maximum amount for school fees (50%).

However, you can agree with the other parent on a different distribution of the maximum amount for school fees.
