Field help: (2020) Do you want to apply for the disability allowance for <%0100801%>?

Select "Yes" if you want to provide information about a disability and apply for the disability allowance.

If a disability has been certified, you are entitled to a disability flat-rate sum from a degree of disability of 25%.

You can also apply for the disability allowance if you do not have a severely disabled person's card, but you have received a notice from the pension office or the care insurance fund on care level 4 or 5.
