Did <%0100301%> already receive the energy allowance from the employer?
Select "no" if your employer has not yet paid you the flat-rate energy allowance. If the flat-rate energy allowance has already been paid by your employer, you cannot apply for it again.
In these cases, employees will receive the flat-rate energy allowance after submitting an income tax return for 2022 as part of their income tax assessment.
Note: If an employee makes false statements in order to receive the flat-rate energy allowance several times despite the legal provision stating the contrary, the penalty and fine regulations of the German Fiscal Code apply.
