Select "yes" if a degree of disability has been determined officially.

People with a disability are entitled to the disability allowance. The amount of disability allowance depends on the degree of disability. This is intended to cover the additional expenses incurred as a result of the disability.

For people who are helpless or blind, the allowance increases to 3.700 Euro.
