Tick this box if your child has the mark "H" for "hilflos" (in need of help) or "Bl" for "blind" on his or her disability card (Behindertenausweis).
To provide proof, please submit the following documents to the tax office if they have not already been submitted in the previous years:
- Disability card
- Notice from the social services office or
- Notice from the nursing care insurance of degree of care 4 or 5
