Field help: Is your primary place of work just a meeting point or an extensive work area?

Select "yes" if you do not have a primary place of work but regularly start work at a meeting point or work in a large-scale work area.

What is a meeting point?

A meeting point is a fixed location outside the primary place of work where you must regularly report before starting your actual work.

Examples:

  • Company yard from which you travel to the construction site
  • Meeting point for employer car pools
  • Business premises where you must report daily before work

Note: In this case, enter the address of the meeting point – not the employer's address.

What is a large-scale work area?

A large-scale work area exists if your work is not at a single location but within a defined geographical area.

Examples:

  • Delivery districts for parcel services or postal workers
  • Forestry workers in a specific forest area
  • Work in port or airport areas

Note: In this case, please provide the name or location of the work area (e.g. “Delivery district North, postcode 12345” or “Forest area XY near Sampletown”).
